Whereas, feedback from the April 2012 CFC Quarterly Meeting indicated a projection of low attendance at the forthcoming 2012 AGM in Victoria, and;
Whereas, the experience of the 2011 AGM raises concerns about the possible marginalization of those attending an AGM remotely;
BIRT the 2012 CFC AGM be held online from 2012 July 2-8, in accordance with the rules governing the federation's quarterly meetings;
BIFRT electoral ballots will be kept confidential, both publicly and within the assembly.
