The CFC Regular Chess Post – January 8/13 – CFC Governance Reform

The 7-day 2013 Winter Governors’ On-line Meeting has just concluded. A far-reaching report on revising the governance structure was defeated. But the CFC still must comply with some minimum changes to come under the new Not-For-Profit Corporations Act. So a new committee will now likely have to be struck to bring back a minimalist report, and again it will have to be put to a vote. Your governors have been busy governing!:)
